Welcome to the West Midlands Children’s Network

We are a collective of clinical networks, designed to underpin the delivery of a wide variety of NHS services for infants, children and young people, as well as for pregnant women requiring specialist care.

As well as working to improve essential services for patients and families using the NHS, we are committed to promoting focus on:

  • The unique needs of infants, children and young people in accessing healthcare
  • The impact of high-quality healthcare on childhood development
  • That bolstering care for children now is investing in the future NHS
  • Our Perinatal Network is comprised of Neonatal and Specialist Medicine and works alongside families and health professionals to ensure the best care of babies in our units.
