I am a Neonatologist with cardiology interest working at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and a KIDS-NTS service consultant, helping coordinate neonatal transfers. With the background of having worked in the Indian Armed Forces as a short service commission officer, I have had many leadership roles in my NHS career spanning more than 20 years, including Clinical Director, Training Programme Director and Organ Donation Lead. I proudly work along with the Network Senior Leadership, neonatal health professionals and families, to help to address challenges and improve pathways by collaborative working and be guided by national directives like the Neonatal Critical Care Review and GIRFT.
