the neonatal unit at Birmingham Women’s Hospital, alongside my network role. Before this I started my pharmacy career working at Birmingham Children’s Hospital before moving to UHCW as Lead Pharmacist for Women's and Children's services; this is where I discovered my keen interest in neonatal care.
In my network role, I am working to improve and standardise pharmaceutical care for neonates across the West Midlands.
