I've been with the network since 2019 and have seen it grow in many ways. My background before being in the NHS was heavily health and safety-related and I have always had a passion for seeing improvement and quality within the roles I am in. I've enjoyed watching the team expand, getting to know my colleagues and watching all the amazing work that is being completed. I aim to keep growing my skills to positively affect future improvements for all families.
