I qualified as a registered adult nurse over 30 years ago and specialised in Neonatal Nursing in 2001. I am also a Lactation Consultant and was previously Infant Feeding and Baby Friendly Lead in a large NICU in the midlands. We were the first Neonatal Unit in the West Midlands to be awarded full Baby Friendly Accreditation in 2019 which was a very proud achievement in my career.
I am passionate about supporting Neonatal Units to improve experiences and outcomes for staff, babies and families.
