Neonatal Network Educator
My NHS career started in 1985 firstly in the field of general nursing, moving into midwifery and then eventually spending the last 20 years in education for the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
I joined the Neonatal Network in 2016 as Lead Educator and have been working with neonatal staff across the West Midlands via educational events to improve outcomes for babies and their families. The Network Education Team engage with other healthcare professionals involved in this specialised field in response to local, regional, and national requirements.
