Lead Nurse for Quality, Safety and Improvement for WMPN
My name is Fiona Terry and I have been a neonatal nurse for almost 18 years. During my career, I have worked as a nurse, capacity nurse, governance nurse and matron. I recently joined the West Midlands Perinatal Network (WMPN) in October 2023. Kate Edwards and I form the quality, safety and improvement team for the WMPN. We are passionate about quality improvement, safety and all things governance within the network. We enjoy working with the hospitals within the network, and meeting the teams and we are committed to working to achieve the best outcomes possible for all the babies and their families across the West Midlands.
