I have worked as a neonatal nurse since 2015. I joined the Network at the beginning of 2022 as a Neonatal Care Coordinator.
We are dedicated to improving the experience of families who require a neonatal stay by supporting units in the implementation of Family Integrated Care (FICare). FICare promotes partnership between families and healthcare professionals in all aspects of neonatal care, from empowering parents to become knowledgeable, independent primary caregivers, to working with families to improve neonatal services.
