Surgery in Children Co-Clinical Lead
I am a Consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in paediatric congenital deformity, children's musculoskeletal injuries including pelvic and acetabula trauma and acute infection. Appointed in 1996 I continue working full time at the University Hospital of North Midlands. My undergraduate studies were completed at the London Hospital Medical College in 1986. My postgraduate surgical training for surgery in general was undertaken on St Bartholomew’s surgical training programme with transfer to the Pott rotation and subsequently the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital for paediatric orthopaedic fellowship training.
