Upon joining the team in December 2023, I brought with me extensive experience in leveraging data analytics to enhance strategic initiatives.
In my prior role at Veolia, I utilised big data analytics to drive sales strategy, elevate win ratios, enhance profitability, and foster growth within the commercial sales division. My expertise extended to developing intricate financial models for waste contracts valued at up to £20M.
My primary objective is to leverage this wealth of experience to advance the WMCN Data Analytics Team.
I aim to harness our comprehensive data landscape to identify opportunities for improvement, refine our Data & Digital Strategy, and translate deep insights into data-driven recommendations; using big data, revolutionising patient care at WMCN for the future to come.
