Surgery in Children & Paediatric Critical Care Lead Nurse
My name is Natalie, and I am the lead nurse for the Paediatric Critical Care & Surgery in Children West Midlands Networks. I joined the ODN team in September 2022 following 16 years working in Paediatric Critical Care at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. My role there included flow and capacity of the department, leadership & management, and direct patient clinical care, including ECMO & haemofiltration. I have also worked in research and quality improvement teams. I look forward to working with teams across the West Midlands to bring the best in paediatric care to all children and their families.
