- Ongoing support, such as counselling and complementary therapy (reflexology and aromatherapy messages).
Hospice UK
- Resources on their website that are accessible to support your wellbeing, both to support the individual and to work with organisations.
- This includes a self-care webinar and access to the Coping with Professional Grief workshop.
Child Bereavement UK
- Can provide supervision in relation to the content and impact of working with bereaved parents. Children and families, face-to-face, by telephone or online. This can be supervision on an ongoing basis to individuals, or to teams/groups of staff or volunteers.
- They can provide reflective practice sessions for teams or organisations, giving staff the opportunity to think about or reflect on particular situations and develop insights and learn from experiences.
4Louis
- Provides memory boxes, including Ibraheem’s gift which are the Muslim bereavement packs.
- Can support with fundraising for things like cuddle cots and blankets if needed.
Winston's Wish
- Can support professionals caring for a bereaved young person to provide the best support possible. This is through on-demand grief support through a phone line, email, live chat and text; offering training; and providing resources to help young people explore their grief.
